Elie “Nolo” Cadet is a musical architect. Born and raised in Broward County, North Lauderdale to be specific, Nolo’s musical evolution has inspired his close friends, family and loved ones due to his secret love affair with the soulful craft. “A lot of times I can’t express myself, so music allows me to communicate what’s really going on,” Nolo says. With inspiration from Andre 3000, Lil’ Wayne and old-school Kayne, Nolo learned that no matter what he experiences, “there’s a song for that.” Nolo uses the guitar, trumpet, piano and drums to communicate his love language. His dynamic love for music - and the church - helped him triumph over his past obstacles with family and the law. With each song produced, Nolo realizes freedom is in the art of music and “this is really why I do it.”
